Blythe works with the youth ministry, discipling middle and high school girls, helping to plan events and leading youth trips.
Prior to coming to Fort Worth Presbyterian, Blythe studied English at the University of Georgia. She graduated in May 2018. She says that her time in RUF “solidified the faith I have grown up in, in new ways,” and she’s thankful for “the community and mentorship that ministry brought me. God is faithful to provide exactly what you need when you need it, and it is in that confidence that I get to start working at FWPCA.”
During college, she worked in youth ministry every summer. She says, “I love getting to know students, to know their stories. . . . Ministering to students not only allows me a front row seat to seeing the way God works in their lives but it also draws me into a deeper dependence on Jesus as I realize more profoundly my deep need for Him.”
Blythe enjoys reading, drinking coffee, going on walks with her dog Fitz.
