When a friend from college taught a lesson on the Ten Commandments during a Bible study at a YMCA, God used that message to pierce Darwin’s heart and draw him to the Gospel. Not long after, Darwin Jordan committed his life to full-time ministry in the Church, serving since 1975 in various roles. He now ministers as the senior pastor at Fort Worth Presbyterian. He desires to “study and teach God’s Word, to see people believe in Christ, be built up in Christ, to form a congregation used to draw others to Christ, and to make them whole in Christ.”
A tried and true Crimson Tide fan, Darwin earned a bachelor of music degree from the University of Alabama. He went on to complete a master of divinity at the Reformed Theological Seminary.
Darwin is married to Kaye, and lists his favorite foods as anything she cooks. He also enjoys the arts (especially Beethoven and artist Dagnan-Bouveret), reading, writing, composing, and working out.
