The purpose of the Women’s Ministry of Fort Worth Presbyterian springs from the church’s mission statement: By God’s Grace and all for his glory, Fort Worth Presbyterian exists to gather for biblically-saturated worship, grow together in the life of the gospel, and go out to bear witness to Christ in Fort Worth and beyond.
Our goal is that this vision becomes a reality as women are given opportunities together to respond to the gospel, to pray, to study the Scriptures, to fellowship, and to serve the Lord. The Women’s Ministry is an intentional ministry, focused on encouraging our women in faith, community, Christian character and sound doctrine, and equipping them to use their God-given helper design to be channels of encouragement, compassion, and mercy in Christ-like love. Our desire is that our women, their marriages, their homes, and their relationships are continually growing, not only because of the transforming power of God’s Word and Spirit, but also because of the love and wisdom other women in our church family have poured into them.
