AN EVENING AT THE PIANO

Pianist Jiusi Zhang presents an evening of music by Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms, ranging from quiet lyric beauty to sweeping power. A Yale-trained pianist, Jiusi represents a rising generation of serious young artists bringing fresh energy to the classical tradition.

Common Man is an indie-pop duo comprised of singer-songwriters Compton McMurry and Meredith Johnson. This husband & wife fuse the sounds of vocal-driven singer/songwriter work into poetic, alternative pop music. They just completed a year of international touring, opening for The Arcadian Wild, and love seeing music bring people together and form surprising bonds.

Bring the whole family for free food and fun on the church grounds. Enjoy an evening of live country & gospel music from Songbird Jones, community, and classic cookout fare. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs. Tickets are free; donations are appreciated. Come rain or shine – we’ll move inside if weather requires.

Come see the Texas Jazz All-Stars perform a Big Band show live at Fort Worth Presbyterian Church! These youth musicians are all-region and all-state performers who play at a professional level. Big band jazz is fine art threatened with extinction⁠—but not in North Texas! Be inspired by the best young local talent.

LISZT: WATER, VISION & THE SACRED
Alex McDonald, Van Cliburn International Piano Competition performer, will present solo piano works by Franz Liszt exploring elemental motion, pre-impressionist color, and sacred reflection.

Zach & Maggie are a Nashville-based husband and wife duo offering an evening of original folk, Americana, and bluegrass-inspired music. Their concert features warm vocals, acoustic guitar, violin, and mandolin, woven together through engaging stories—some playful and lighthearted, others thoughtful and reflective.
